Each level of care included evidence-based therapies, such as individual therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), group therapy, and family therapy. We also use holistic therapies, including sound therapy, yoga, exercise, meditation, and adventure therapy.
